What makes a great leader?  Through various leadership experiences, I’ve narrowed it down to three main principles:

Regardless of your personal or political affiliations, both Martin Luther King Jr. and John F. Kennedy will forever be studied by students as two of the best leaders who could successfully integrate vision, knowledge, and inspiration.  Both of these historic men led with their hearts, we can all follow that lead as a great starting place.
